Hotel The Little Mermaid
In Karon Beach it is around the beach all the activities are. Karon Beach is an amazing beach, three kilometres of white fine-grained sand. The water is crystal clear and very good for diving and snorkelling. The diving school (Aqua Adventures), which has Scandinavian instructors is not far from the hotel. Because of water-flow there can be swimming warnings between May-September.
Karon is one of the most popular places of vacation in Thailand, but do you seek away from the hotels, you can find a place, where you can be yourself without anyone around you.
The area has two "centres", one of them is in the neighbour town Kata. Between the beach and all the hotels is a road with wide sidewalk, so you can easily walk between Karon and Kata.
